?head gasket

Gday all
I will start with the technical bits so they can be kept in mind:-
93 GQ TB42 Carby, pirahna timing, duel fuel, head recoed about 3yrs 80,00kms ago, runs valve saver upper lubricant
Just came from changing the oil and plugs in my truck, I found that no. 6 plug was really hard to get out ( the thing was as tight as a proverbial fish) and I know that it was not that tight when I put it in 10, 000 kms ago, the thread looked OK on the plug... BUT I have found that the base of the plug (electrode) was fairly caroded.
I have been loosing abit of coolant with no obvious leaks. The truck has been running Ok with no real discernible loss of power or idle, timing etc seems to be same as usual, Running temp is about the same but very occasinally has been hitting the 2/3 mark usually doesn't go above 1/2, and the oil I just pulled out of her was pristine with nmo water/milkiness.
Any suggestions?? is it simply a head gasket that has gone around no. 6 cylinder or is the head gone again? And any suggestions about the plug being tight the new one was tight to get in
Allother cylinders had no probs with
Thanx any help appreciated
