Hey all,
Just wondering if anyone could give me some feedback.

I have put a 4.5 into my GQ and have used the GQ gearbox and I am having probs with the clutch.

The clutch is a brand new one and the flywheel was machined.
As it stands the clutch just wont let us put the car in gear when running.

The thing has had hours spent trying to bleed the system.
We are getting about 10mm or so of travel at the slave. (doesn't seem enough to me.) The thing has been sitting for ages and when we first bled the slave a heap of brown shitty watery fluid came out. since then about 3 resivoures (spelling) have gone thru it with no better outcome. there is not a lot of fluid coming out at the slave end

Theories I have been told so far include
they are just a really hard system to bleed and can be troublesome with air. Get a manual bleeder and just keep pouring fluid in
Blocked with shit so replace lines or at least new slave
Clutch in wrong.(I really can't see how but)

I am desperate at the moment as it is the only thing stoping me driving the thing for chrissy :bad-words:

Clutch pedal etc worked fine with the diesel before the conversion.

Please help me fella's

on the passenger side of the rig, near the old diesel fuel filter was a line the connected into the cluch line that may need bleeding if you havnt done it already,
