Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Looking at a new vehicle and found a good diesel shorty that is looking promising.

I have a motor already to go so other than the bell housing what do I need to do the swap.

Exhaust - Yep going to need a new one built
Engine Mounts - From Marks I Presume
Radiator - Will standard one suffice for the chev
Power Steering - Issues?
A/C - Issues
Diesel to Petrol - New Tank Required or just a really good flush?

Any other pointers or issues to look out for.

have the Marks adaptor checked for true, engine face to thrust brg tunnel
have the M adaptor thrust extension machined to remove high spots causing sticky clutch. 3 out of 3 faulty so far for both.
radiator works, change pipe angles and sides from memory
use chev pwr stg pump and use chev A/C pump. this saves on mounting problems
Just drain and flush tank.
exh manifolds can be a problem. block hugger headers are the usual but are hard to keep tight/stop leaks at flanges.

Needs some tlc on the front panels after a little prang has a full years rego and only 200k on the clock.

Plan is to sell motor to buy the bits to fit the chev (Already have the chev motor waiting from my old truck)
