buying second hand parts

Warning be very careful when buying parts from jackeroo world as I recently ordered the wrong part (my mechanic called the part something else) when I returned it they offered me store credit only less $50 as a restocking fee .Then when I ordered the right part they quoted me a price for the item delivered but they sent it COD so it cost more again. I tried to contact them by email but with no response. I had used them before and found them ok but now when you want parts you can only order parts by email …. My advice buy elsewhere
