giday my cusin has a 5inch lifted patrol gq with 3rds drop arms they work great but he has only had em for a few months and the bushes in them are shagged out. the ruber has come apart from the metal. all the 3 bushes in each arm are gone. is this normal are the bushes used in 3rds arms just shit???any one had a prob b4?

tell your cousin to ring up thirds and explain..

the bushes shouldnt shag themselves. .unless they werent tightened properly.

But who knows...

after a phone call they may be able to help him out.. from memory - i think they use geniune nissan bushes.. but not too 100 percent sure on that one.

My mate has the same prob with his snake arms.. they would only b 12 months old if that and the bushes are stuffed....

3rds use nissan, snake sell seperate from memory and most end up getting the poly ones that shit themselves soon

the bushes aren't designed to be constantly flexed up to max all the time
they do flog out fast .... guys in comps are replacing them after every comp
