Outer Limits 4x4 Board

after it rained last nite, now whenever i turn my headlights on, it blows a fuse and i lose all dash lights/stereo but headlights still work..... my parkers were working before this crap, now they dont work.......(maybe they run of the same circut as the dash lights not sure), i have replaced the parker globes cos they were blown and one had water in it, no different, made sure the terminals are on the batt correctly, etc, i have tryed removing and re-pluging the headlight plugs etc, i need this fixed...
