Outer Limits 4x4 Board

after it rained last nite i started driving home, stereo turned itself on and off a few times, i turned my headlights on, then the stereo and dash lights went off,. headlights still on, it blew a fuse, i replaced the fuse today, stereo came on when i started it, indicators work etc, hit the light switch and it blew the fuse, i checked the parker globes cos they dont seem to be working now, they were both blown, replaced themm but no different, still blows a fuse when i hit the headlights, the headlights work still tho, if i pull it back for high beam without turn the headlight thing the high beam will work fine and wont blow a fuse..... any ideas?
