Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I am going to knock up a set of checker sill protectors shortly after xmas. I ripped the stocko plastic stone reflector and cannot work out how to get the piece off that it was attatched to. I can't see any bolts or screws so I was thinking that it may be glued on?
