Tried searching got most of the info i need , but not all of it
im cutting and rotating the knuckles what i need to know is the desired castor angle , for a 60 series , soa , 37" mtr's.

Factory angle is 1 degree but i think that is not enough . Any of you blokes had expierience with this ??

To do the job is a piece of piss but its that magical number of degrees that i need

also is it better to have more positive castor or less , what are the pros and cons?

I went with 1-2degrees when I did my 40 series and it worked fine. When I was researching it the general consensus seemed to be that the closer to stock you get it, the closer handling will be to factory specs. Id stick with 1-2 degrees positive.

Remember your tyre size also has an effect on handling when setting your castor.

On my 40 I wound it right back running 37's, i.e low degrees

the main feature of castor is to return the steering back to center. More castor means the wheel will return with more force. Less =less force. When reversing a car there is no positive castor so the steering wheel will not return to center, try it.
