HJ45 Steering Dampner

Hello
Being a tight arse stingy bugger,I have come across a cheap steering dampner that goes by the name of Ultima selling for $95 with a 3 yr 100000 K waranty.Has any one heard of or used one of these?Seem to be a good waranty that comes with it.
