body mount swap

howdy, im swapping the body mounts out,

now there are 2 say 30mm this mounts under the cargo area floor, with bolts of some sort throught them, how do yas change these?

actually after you do a body lift, you should lift them too to stabilise the floor in the cargo area

i dont have a body lift, plus my drawers mount at the verry back, and very front of the cargo area, so there is no pressure on the floor,
