Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hey all,
Im chasing a Hilux single cab 4wd ute at the moment and was just wondering what are some things i should be watching out for when looking around? I'm a bit new to the 4wd world and was wondering what i should be looking for apart from the obvious (rust etc)

If you want to do alot of 4x4ing, and rough stuff, go for a solid axle instead of IFS model. There was a 're-call' on the IFS models not too long ago, for sum minor repairs. Maybe try Toyota Tech section aswell
