Hey fellas and ladies

Ive searched but cant really find the info i need,

im getting a 2 in spring lift(coily) and im after some smaller muds but aggresive as possible for the size, i want small muds cause its a coily and the gearings up the sh#t and i dont want gears at this stage,

i just sold my gq with all the mods, 6in spring 2in body, lockers, turbo, and im over the hole queensland transport thing so i wanna keep it close to stock to save the dramas and legal implications,

i have 235/60R/16 HT at the moment on alloys, crap offroad but i do like the size and how they tuck under without rubs ill keep these for the road and buy separate muds for the tracks,

any suggestions would be appreciated and rough prices if poss.
cheers

iirc, 29x7.5-15 'pedes are around 250 each. theres a tyre shop at kallangur you could try.
i have 215/75-15 (just under 28" tall, measured on the vehicle) hankook rt01 mt's, which are wearing well and bag nicely on the little zook.
they are quiet and not too bad on the road. priced around 150-165ea.
theyre not really extreme tyres by any stretch of the imagination though..
heres a shot showing my tyres:

I got Simex Centipedes under my zook they don't bag that well but are good in the mud

My suggestion is buy 30" BFG muds they will fit if you hammer flat the seams under the guards

Thats what I did with my Coily ;)

gears on the coily are the problem, and i dont want to fork out for them at the moment.

Don't BFG's come in a 215 (28") ?? :?
The new KM's are pretty good - have the DiggerLugz on the sides.

I ran 30's no gears for years

Only a little worse than it already is

Buy a leafy xfer and put that in is geared better than coily xfer

Will cost you about $400 with jack shaft and should bring gearing back to where it was or better with 30's
