13bt conversion

Hi all,
Very happy today, the engine went in and it fired up beautifully. Everything has gone smoothly throughtout the project and i will hopefully post up some pics soon when i'm done.
I do have a PROBLEM though. I can't shut the damn thing down. My old 3B had an electric control shut off and the 13 BT has a vacumm shut off.
Can i please get some advice on how to fix this prob. Any pics would be very helpful. (pics. of the area around the started and trhottle body where the shut off is located.
