Centre Bearing Probs

Hey All,
Well after 3yrs of driving around on a buggered center-bearing, I bought a new one today :D
When I undid it all, the housing an the rubber fell of from the tailshaft, however, the bearing stayed on. It would be ok if I just grabbed it with a pair of multi's or something an pulled/hit/yanked it off right?? Just thought I'd check.

Cheers,
Damien

I would not have even bothered with getting another centre bearing!

A one piece shaft is heaps better!

After replacing two centre bearings, I know just give it another wack with a BFH whenever I feel a few vibes. Works well. I worked this out after a big rock hit it and tightened it up.
