Zooks in Thailand

Post by CanberraMav »

G day all,

Im going to Thailand for a holiday in a few weeks and was wondering if anyone knows if the zooks over there are the ones that come with power steering etc ( import )

If this was the case i was going to visit some wreckers and pick up a power steer setup nice and cheap.

Honeymooning will have to include a tour of wrecking yards .

mmm, i was there in 2000 and went wheeling in the north (in a lwb zook)

i honestly cant remember, but im pretty sure the one i was driving wasnt power steer.

they have some wickid extra cabs, i think they even have the diesel motor in available, but power steer might be a stretch

All the Carribean LWB's I saw and drove had power steering but was only just adequate for std tyres. One that had done around 150,00km said it had it and had a pump on the motor but it wasn't doing much.

Hired a Carribean too and it had dodgy power steering...it was there, but only just.

Cheap though! 20 bucks a day, no limits and full (including personal) insurance and roadside assistance!
