The older cases fit you just need to use all the munting hardware from the earlier transfers and use the leafy model jack shaft ....while you have it out either get 1 of roctoys spine mount or atleast beef up the mounts aswell as chassis mounts ......
And enjoy the crawlability of the older case c/w lower gears ......would also sugest to use trailtough or alteast other brands of gears as some of locally owned 1,s seem to have dramas ..

as above but you will also need 12 new nuts and bolts for the drive shafts as they do not have the thread in the flange like the sj80.

or you could get a trialjimny gear set for your original t/case. this will lower you gearing by 23% in high and low.
they are easy to fit and are cheaper than swapping the case over.
i've got one in my jimny and the difference over what it used to be, with 30"s, is huge.

Thanks for the help guys it sounds easy to do ill give it a go. I will also have a look at beefing up the mounts to. How hard is it to rebuild a zook taensfer case can u do it your self or is it a bit complicated.

you also have to swap the intermediate drive shaft for a WT leaf sprung one (shorter shaft)
