Tyre place near me quoted $75 new including fitting and balancing of tyres, so that would be roughly $65 each for the rims.

I thought that was pretty okay. They aren't around much 2nd hand, but I got a set of 4 for $100 recently - these needed a lot of cleaning up though.

Good luck.

I thought the same when I bought a set. I ended up just getting them and paid $75 a piece.

What you should do is Print out this PDF, and decide what you'll need and take it with you.

I ordered my Rims from a Specialist, and the first question they asked, are the Tyres Cross Plies.

I paid $350 for five ROH Trak Australia 04113388, which included Fitting and Balancing.

SInce I only got four 2nd hand 15x8s, I picked up a fifth new (for the spare of course) yesterday.

$69 at ARB. It's an ROH sunraysia-style in white, cruiser offset.

If ARB are selling them for $69, I can't see why you'd need to pay $75.

Just another small point, if you get them from a tyre place and they slug you $65ish each, they'll probably be able to keep the price of fitting your tyres down a bit for you, eg around $8. But if you just go in with your own wheels and tyres, they'll probably slug you about $15 each for fitting.

I am in brisbane and can get them direct from ROH...works out to $46 a rim delivered!

Thats for a cruiser offset, but cant imagine a major price diff (if any) for other offsets.
