This certaily aint tech so next time you want somthing use the wanted section or the moderators as well as OL users will get anoyed, this will also probly be move to wanted section.
P.s do you need a bar that mounts to the bumper mounts or the chassis rails?? when you give more details you get better replys.

ok you are after a stock standard bar then that bolts onto the outriggers.
custom ones are better for clearance and you remove the bumper, grind off the outriggers and bolt onto the chassis. should be holes on the main rails near where the round front tube goes through.
hence the confusion me thinks
hmm

so inka i just chop off those outrigger tube piping and should there be welded nuts behind the chassis rail for the custom one to bolt onto??
well im looking for a custom then... one which i have to remove the old shitty original bar and it takes its place..
sorry for the confusement... i should of being a bit more helpfull.. specially being a panelbeater haha

like this???
ok look at front of chassis where the front round bar goes across the main square chassis rails,.....
on the square rails there are holes that you can run bolts through with a bit of crush tube and the bar would have brackets that go onto these.
hope this makes sense and helps ya
