3rds arms hitting diff on panhard

I lowered my panhard mount and the panhard where the thread is, hits the diff pumpkin (which and oxy can fix) but the mount clips the radius arm by a good 1" (diff too far forward by 1"). this stops the bumpstops hitting by 150mm, with no springs, which amoungst other things ment building the twin exhausts sucked. and i have to have 7" coils to drive it. Thinking of pissing off the swivels and setting them up 80series style to locate the diff further back (christ has been chopped outta guards so all good).

have others had this drama, its not my extension as it is in the same plane meaing the prob is stoping the bumbstops hitting by 50mm (so would have 100mm to go if i never touched the panhard mount)

why is nothing ever easy.

I am not sure mate but have you actually articulated the truck on a ramp or offroad yet.

If you have just had the car dropped straight down with no springs then the characteristics will be different.

From memory the 3rds arms do move the diff a long way forward so short of fucking with em and moving the whole lot back there is not much else to do.

hey mate, no i havent flexed it yet, but bottoming both (or off bottoming both by 150mm is possible easily in the obc so need to sort it.

Yeah I figured that is what you where concerned about. the big speed etc of obc.

What I am thinking though is that if you ramp it or flex it up you may find you can extend your bumpstops enough to stop the panhard prob without limiting too much flex. ie you may not need that much up travel.

Just thinking and without seeing hard to think of any other options sorry mate.
Wish there was an easy way for ya as you have spent some major time on this thing already.

Good luck
