myo winch bar

Im gona make a winch bar for a GQ mav similar to what you see on most comp GQs. Would like to know how they exactly mount to the chassi? Also what size material they use for mounts and winch cradle? Some piccies would be great

About to make a bar for Low Mount Warn. It finishes flush with chassis rails. Using 200m box cut lengthways for cradle. Using 150mm box(RHS) for mounts. 5mm thick. ARB bars are usually about 4mm.
