I'm thinking that's a fair bit overpriced.
Hold out for 2.8TD, you'll be much happier.

No definitely not a good buy.
You can get a 94 + 2.8TDI or a 95 + 3.5 V6 with all the bells & whistles for that much coin.
Much better vehicles.
