after doing a 50mm body lift on my swb GQ a couple of days ago the small amount of castor slap I had has dissapeared but the car is bump steering alot more than it used to..
what have/n't I done to cause this, or is it just a strange coincidence?
Cheers
Simon

body lift does not affect bump steer as it does not affect any of the suspension components so its not the body lift increasing bump steer

mud mav - thats why i asked... I didnt think it had anything at all to with the suspension either and thats why i put it down to strange coincedence but i thought i'd ask anyway

when you lifted the body you may have put too much strain on the rag joint in the steering shaft, try loosening that and slide it down the spline a little bit
