3.7 is the tallest i have ever seen from factory. And 3.54 are available after market. Never seen or heard of a 3.25.
And i dont know why anyone would even think of using a Holden Banjo centre in a hilux. The axles wont fit even if it is an easy job to bolt it in.

Howdy Webbie,
I've got a set 3.5 centres (after market Jack Macnamara's) in the shed. I got them with the diffs I bought ages ago.
Not sure what good they would be for off road work but for highway work they'd be fine.

Over the years I have imported alot of Hilux diffs
I know of 15 different ratios
3.07
3.45 38x11
3.54 39x11
3.72 41x11
3.9 39x10
4.1 41x10
4.11 37x9
4.3 43x10
4.375
4.556
4.875
5.14
5.29
5.73
6.8
Are you sure you counted the pinion correctly maybe 11x39 = 3.54
