Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Gday I have just brought a 99 extra cab hilux and am trying to put seat belts in the rear. I have found all the mount points, but 1. I have found the retractor mount, the shoulder mount and the buckle mount, but i can’t find the waist mount where it bolts to the floor (the end of the seat belt). There is a hole but not a pressed in nut like the other mounts.

Has any one else fitted the rear seat belts? Does any one have just a pic of their extra cab rear seat that they can post up for me?
