This has got to be a stupid question but have just got a gq patrol and know very little about moding it.

i am wanting to put 35'simex on it but are the bolt patterns offset/backspace the same as the cruiser

and are there any problems with a 4'' suspension 2'' body lift mainly concerned about the body lift as the bible was a little inconclusive but i have a lpg tank i want to get it as high as possible.

as far as rims i was told that crusier rims have to be more offset then patrol rims?? im not sure if this is right correct me if im worng:) and i think that bolt patten are quiet close if not the same ????

and the rest not to much gose wrong that i know of body lift is ok id only do a 2inch and thats it , just have to losen off the sterring and other componets that would be afected watch brake lines feul lines etc i know the gear leavers had to be bent from what poeple have said???????? i could be wrong

yea buddy cruiser rims will bolt onto patrol and cruisers run better backspacing on their rims witch is to your advantage pushes the tyre out more to help with clearance problems, i run 35's on my GQ with 3" spring and 2" body and they fit easy only rub on the body a bit at the back on full flex.
