Heard a number of reports that schwitzer is better than garret for diesel, and just want to know if anyone has runned both and what they think is a better product?

If you plan to go through water don't get the schwitzer. It is not mounted in the engine bay, runs nice but it can't be good for it being under the truck. Costs a bit more too. I know the DTS kits run well and Garrett have a good name and reputation.

in all my lookings into....schwitzer boosts low revs and fades out mid to high rev ban, garret does the opposite, won't kick in til around 2-2200 rpm. garret prob more suited to highway type driving schwitzer more for off the mark. so depends what you're aiming for i guess.

Marine not submarine. Have you ever dealt with large marine applications? the engine rooms DO NOT GET WET, unless a pipe bursts.
