Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hey guys has anyone had experience with aftermarket ring and pinion gears for a gq shorty i am running 35s atm with 4:11 and its a bit sluggish i was thinking about getting genuine 4:6s but they are very expensive compared to after market both ends for $1000. But are they any good? Advice would be much appreciated
