Taken from the Daihatsu Driver's forum (in reference to a Sportrak/ Feroza lift options) :
ive just done a spring over axle conversion on mine it gave me 6"lift on rear had to have a prop spacer made though .and managed to get 4"on front by cuttin lower bump stops and torsion bars off then replaceing front shockers with mondeo v6 suspension legs .then i did a 3"body lift on front down to a 1"at the rear to leval it all out and 33/12.50/15 fit without rubbing and it drives 10 times better than it did

It'd be so lovely to get rid of the torsion bar setup

I want to see pics of this beast with it's levelled out body lift.

So what is it apparently using as front springs since the torsion bars have been cut out?

Cheers

I don't know- the description of using Mondeo parts is a bit vague and there are no pics in the thread.

BTW the Mondeo shocks are nothing special, just your normal MacPherson strut type set up with a lower wishbone connected to a front sub frame.
