know any good engine reconditioners?

hey all!
i have an 84 lux with a 3y (310,000k`s). its starting to get tired and i was wondering if anyone knew of a good (and preferably cheap) engine reconditioning company in the sydney area... i can get the engine in and out myself (with some help from mates) but drive in - drive out would be ideal...
any info or links to other posts is appreciated....
