15inch rims or 16

guys just trying to decide what size rims and tyres to get next do i go 15's or 16's this is my first set of new tyres so im a novice anyone help?

I would have a guess at a short wheel base cruiser (pre 82) with a GM V8 probably small block.

ha good guess
fj40 SWB 3 inche suspension lift chev vq a whole lot of other stuff but wanting to run 36 x12.5 pedes

Welll... in your cirumstances based on the truck I'd say use 15's.

I agree with the mavster, when I used to have my 40 (before I UPGRADED to the Suzuki) I had 35's on 15's and I was very happy with that,
you also have a better chance of picking up a set of good second hand 15" wheels than if you go with the 16's
