Outer Limits 4x4 Board

when i put my gq swb in 4wd it is very tight on the steering and wants to go left?
Can anyone tell me why

are both front hubs locked???

yes both hubs are locked

thats what my Mk does since welding my front diff and only locking in 1 hub.
