I've got a mix of Old Man Emu shocks and springs with std torsion bars. I'm happy with how it all works. I just need a set of Polyairs for when it's really loaded or with a trailer on.

Did it lift it up much?

I got them all at the same time and payed around $550 for the lot. I think I gained a bit over two inches after it settled. I did have to put a small spring spacer under the drivers side due to the weight of all my unused recovery gear. The Nissan drivers in Tassie believe that if a Nissan recovers a Nissan, it does'nt count.

Did you buy the kit for the LWB? I've checked some sites for OME, but they didn't list for the shortie.

Phil, Use the springs from a standard LWB. ;)

I would probably agree with Zute. I think I'll try to source some LWB springs in the future. I think I'll get some Polyairs first though. They'ed help more when I'm towing. :)

LWB springs in my shortie didnt do much, dunno if the springs i got were shagged or what the go was, the springs i pulled out were like brand new, and iv tried the GQ springs, too high, so yeh im gonna resort to the 2" springs for shorty i rekon, i dunno... :?
