hi all i have a 82 mod bj42 and im getting set to fit a set of 100 series diffs under it
not sure if im going to go

a frame
ladder bar
or 4 link with a panhard rod style as yet still plannin on that side of it , the wheelbase is to be extended as well

the car was set up as a capable offroad/tourer and used to run 2 fuel tanks and a heavy duty suspension
there car is still to be set up that way ,the main reason for coils is the comfort factor minus 1 tank now

the prob/question is the fuel tank that sits underneath of the boby is really in the way ,what has everyone done to get around this prob
pics too if possible too please

also the back of the truck has roller draws in it to so it carn't go there

cheers plowy

next time you see a whit 42x lx getting around on the central coast, bail him up, you proabably no him (paul)
duncan at macquarie down a similar conversion but springover and a rear a frame, they removed the front tank and used a outof town raer tank which mounts where the spare tyre would go on a lwb.
if you are to extend the chassis a rear 75x tank may fit in it's place.

well COCKBAG ive shown him the style that we may go with and he gives it the thumbs up

to use the 100 series top control arm cross member and fit it as close to the fuel tank as posibble

its the 100 series 4 link with the panhard rod set up

oh and for the rest of you cockbag is from team america
