3" lift for what?

3" at the front of a Pajero would severely limit your droop travel (and give you a dreadful ride) unless you start making larger changes - like balljoint flips and spacers (NOT an option for all models, and not something I recommend) or a fairly major front-end overhaul which will give you 4" or more.

2.5" front and 3" rear is about the most you can go without major hassles.

And you shouldn't need anywhere near 3" for 32x10.5 tyres. 2" is more than enough, and 1" will probably suffice.

Which model Pajero? I presume it's an earlier one, because anything with 3.5/2.8/3.2DiD should fit that size tyre without much hassle at all.

Is it a weekend play toy, or do you plan on travelling Australia fully loaded? I guess it's a play toy - I wouldn't plan to tour on Centipedes myself. So you probably don't need heavy duty springs, just lift.

Presuming you've got the torsion bar front, that can be lifted by winding the bars up - have a look here for some links to help you out.

If you've got leaf rear springs the cheapest way to get the height you need would be extended shackles - but I don't know if they're legal in Victoria. Otherwise, you need your existing springs reset, or buy replacements - both are $$$.

If you've got coil springs at the rear you could pick up a cheap lift by installing Patrol coils from a wrecker - once again, this has been discussed here, so try Search (top of the page) for "Patrol springs" in the Mitsubishi Forum.

Unless you're feeling particularly rich, it's unlikely you need to buy new shockabsorbers at the same time. But if you wander into any 4wd store and ask for a lift, be prepared for quotes of $800 and up - a long way up.

Now that I've said all that, I'm sure one of our Victorian members could recommend a good 4wd store with some Pajero experience somewhere near you.

Its a NC SWB 1985 4 cylinder 2.8 , Its been used for play and going away , it has a ARB rack, Arb bull bar , Warn winch 8000 , roll bar ,

Torsion bar front. With all that weight on the front you should probably get some heavy duty torsion bars - if you haven't already. If they're still standard, you may find they've already been cranked as far as they'll go, although you could try removing and re-indexing them.

Leaf spring rear. Try extended shackles if they're legal, or find somebody to reset them for you. Making the springs stiffer will reduce your articulation offroad.

You've already got a bit of ARB stuff - try an ARB store?
