Seatbelts

Just got some seatbelts outta a 2002 VX commodore, when they came out, they retracted back and wont come out, is there a trick to getting them back out?????.

Check moving them around. Remember that the seatbelts lock themselves at certain angles.

try getting the thing held in the same angles as they were installed, them try getting them out

remember that they must be held in the same orientation as when intalled or like when your car is on a hill, they will lock up.

I dont know about anyone else...But I would make sure they were on the right angle myself :P :P :P :P

Also wind them in a bit more to allow the ratchet to disengage once the angle is correct

Try and tip them upside down, or sideways, usually helps :D

try parallel to the ground first. find a strong bench top with a square edge. hold it against the side of the edge so that it's straight and tap it downwards. it'll free up pretty quick and rachet back in.
