We weld upto 750 bullbars a month for a large Australian company. They get all of there stuff laser cut and pressed. There is talk of moving there export sales manufacturing to china but quility is not as good. It must be hard work doing that way Ehsan.

The mechanics here are used to this now.. Each one can make upto 20-25 bumpers a month (more if he does overtime and we get a couple of more dies made). If we buy a cutting machine like a plasma cutter and a high quality bender then the production ability can multiply.. The quality here is excellent. What are your concerns with quaality provided in China?ludacris wrote:We weld upto 750 bullbars a month for a large Australian company. They get all of there stuff laser cut and pressed.
