Hi guys new here, have already done some extensive search, Great forum with plenty of info, just couldnt really find an answer.

BAsically i bought a feroza :).. But have noticed that when the aircon is on condensation forms on the bottom of the black box , which is located under the dash on the passenger side. Anyone know if this is normal or how to fix it? I tried to identify a leak but there was no water trail or cracks in the box, just condensation forming . Wierd.

Hi Josh, I'm guessing you live somewhere humid? Inside that box is the aircon part that does the cooling, so my guess is the box itself is cool and that's why condensation forms on it. Nothing to worry about.

they can freeze up if the themostat is set to low and u only use a slow fan
speed .(no air flow over the condensor) had a the same problem in a falcon i used to have.

I had my air con freeze up on me one day (and of all bloody days it had to be when I was driving through north WA on a 40 degree day!! :bad-words:.) in the Rocky. And I had the fan set to a high level too.

Easy fix, I had a lot of stuff down around the condenser, and it seemed that when I moved all of this away from it, it unfroze and started working normally again shortly after that.
