You guys fold all this by hand right? No brake press or sheet folders?
The types of products you have been posting lately Ehsan are these for personal use or are they being produced and sold in bulk to another company?

any one can draw a pic on a computer and press out 1000 with a press, but u have some skill

Amazing.. This was done by one mechanic within a day..BTW.. This is not me doing the work.. I just report on what I see.. I will pass on the comments to the mechanics who deserve them.

PS. Hand powered Presses are used in this project to bend the edges to the desired angle..

I have allways wondered. What is it that you do over there Ehsan? Other than take awsome pics of things you would never find over here in Aus or the US.ehsankiani wrote:Amazing.. I am a medical doctor training in radiology.. I have a very very keen interest in metal work and working with 4x4s.. i'm guessing this is the same Ehsankiani that posts up on ih8mud, do you still do the Fj40 landcruiser soft tops? everyone in the states raves about them

So what would that 1 off, hand made, rear door for the cj cost the bloke that wanted it?? I imagen It would cost a huge amount of $$ to buy here, thats if u could find anyone to make it in the first place.

i believe tafe run courses on sheet metal working for cars etc., and the final project is to make a mudguard for a laser from a flat sheet of steel.
I'd think that you would use more tools than a hammer and a tape measure though.........
