As RV said. 85 model.
I realy only need skins as light as possible. I also need to cut them down to fit. They are for the front of a Buggy. Maybe in Carbon Fibre?

I've had a lot of marine construction exposure and in my opinion, carbon fibre would a bad choice due to the fact that its very brittle. Kevlar would be the material of choice. it can bend and it'll just pop back

Sorry Ruff I dont have the moulds for it and as stumpy said,
carbon fibre is brittle and will not flex like kevlar will, but
even a kevlar panel will colaps due to the resin but it will never
tear like fibreglass under strain.

Id definitely be interested in a bonnet for a LN106 lux, possibly even guards depending on price. How hard/much would it be to get them to Sydney though? Also if you can make flared guards that would be even better.

How much is the weight saving in running the glass bonnet ?!
Would it be possible to produce a set of flared guards similar to the ones available for hilux's in the states ? (see pic above)

whats the weight of the factory bonnet as opposed to a fiberglass unit ?
how is the fiberglass unit better than the sleel one are they legal, and do they need engineering ?

with the bonnet pins i herd you have to get them engineered as it is not factory is that true cos if it is everyone would need to add and engineeres cost ontop of the bonnet cost
