Grinding noise and vibes fixed

Well after chasin me tail for ages listenin to pple who dont realy know what they are sayin i rang cheezy and told him about me rear vibes and grinding noise since i lifted me SWB 3".
He told me to lengthen the rear lower links 16mm and it would fix it well did it and sure enough no more vibes and no more grinding noise .
