Don't know why you'd want to do it.
Look into a 5 litre holden before a V6.

You would be suprised... Talk to Shane on the GQ list. after he blew up the 308, he went to a V6, and now back to a 308

I always thought a supercharged V6 would be neat. Bit smaller and lighter. and the supercharger would give good torque. SO I thought the balance of a shorty would be better.

Yeah Id rather 308 or LS1, but reason Im keen for a V6 is that I can get one dirt cheap.
Smaller and lighter (has to be beneficial) + easy to supercharge at a later date. Might even be enough room to sit highmount in the engine bay too...
In my situation $$$ are more crucial than Nm!
Thanks for all feedback

they are suprising little motors. slightly more grunt than the TB42, but 100kg lighter. you'll actually shed close to 200kg by using the T700 tranny as well.
and they are as good as free.

probably wouldn't even use half the fuel. i have one of these motors in my buggy, i only have about a 30 litre tank and it seems to last forever. my last buggy ran a tb42 and would use 70 odd litres of LPG in a weekend no worries.
