hi everybody,is there anyone who knows what bigger turbo will fit on my sd33t bolt on or a bit of modification. my original turbo give 1,2 kg on high revs
i want to get higher boost at lower revs and maybe up to 1,6 kg boost
i know this is not healty for the engine, but i have 3 engines and thats why i want to scream up the engine to test,
i think it should be possible to take out about 200 hp.
i have a big intercooler from a IVECO lighttruck and 3" exhoust all the way

anyone know the turbo kkk k27

U are asking the impossable boost on earlyer and more boost . TO get it on earlyer u need a smaler turbo . to get moer boost u need biger turbo . But in saying that there is a way fit a smaller turbo on to back of your turbo big blowing into small . racing trucks ues this can get useable boost as early as 1200 and up to 35 psi
I,am in the midle of doing this to my td42t

bmw do this on their new diesel motor dont they?(car not truck)
anyway have you thought about propane injection? good for 30-40hp more..(bit like nitros)

if u change the exhaust wheel in the turbo it is possible to spool up the turbo faster or at lower rpm. you would have to contact a turbo specialist for the parts.
to gain more boost adjust the boost controller or replace it with a different one which is adjustable. others on here have modified the boost controller on the same type of motor.

i dont know weather the std turbo is ball bearing or just bush bearing but theres another way of spooling a bigger turbo up faster.
and as has been said putting a smaller exhaust wheel in the rear housing aids spool time
