Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi all,
I'll be fitting a stage 1 front diff which is tilted up to the transfer case.
Question is - is it ok to run a standard UJ propshaft with this ?
I know it will be no good for high speed driving, but will it be ok for low range work ? ie - up to 60kph. I have FWHs so I'm not fussed about highway driving.

Hardy Spicer make high angle unis for rovers. I think they are about $25 each. Makes a big difference in the driveline.

karcraft in silverwater used to sell conversion. i don't know what it consists of though. I bought a DC front shaft new from four wheel drives for $450 a few years ago, they might still have some.

I have a stage 1 axle in the front of my IIA, and the stock IIA drive shaft.

I have never had vibration problems, even when it was my DD with a petrol and an OD, and I used to sit at 100-110 on the highway.

I'm surprised to hear this, my rear diff angle is at most a few degrees out and i have massive vibration at over 90kph. (when you talk while doing over 100k it sounds like some one is thumping on your chest, Tarzan style)

My current front is out more, and is a major PITA at over 80kph. This is why i love FWH.

This is all because I have a bodgy CRS holden conversion. The engine mount brackets make the whole drivetrain tilt down, front to rear. I'll be fitting wedges on the rear diff mounts to fix this, but its not an option on the front.

Yes, or close to. When I fitted it I thought I might have vibration problems, and was pleasantly surprised when I didn't.

I installed the UJs are out of phase (if I remember correctly), which may have made a difference. At 100km my truck is noisy (moreso than my dad's 88"), but has very little vibration.
