Who has done this?
Do you need a special mounting plate?
What is the part number of the calipers and which brand?
Is there a larger drum that fits the rear? No i don't want 4 wheel disc
I spoke to slacks Creek Brake and Clutch and he said the bolt holes are in a different spot for the v6 4runner and i would need to swap the rotors aswell since the calipers have a different opening gap. No problem getting rotors but i need to know the calipers will mount up into the bolt holes
Have braided brake lines and want to investigate this before just chucking the lines on

This thread was just one page back. I think you'll find it answers most of your questions.

91' model Dual Cab Lux
If there is only one model then they don't just bolt up, according to the brake place.
Where have people gotten the bracket to mount it?

Your brake place is wrong. They bolt straight up to the hilux hub. READ the thread that i link for you. ALL the information you need is there. I have just done conversion.

The brake place showed me the 80 series calipers today and they look like they would bolt straight up, apparently
Can anyone confirm or deny this? They are the same bore size and piston number as the RV6 ones, also apparently

The v64runner's are the same size piston and bore as the 80series ones with the hilux bolt patten. It is advised that you up grade your MC and booster.

Yeah i was going to put in the 80 series MC and booster.
When you said, "The v64runner's are the same size piston and bore as the 80series ones with the hilux bolt patten."
Did you mean they are the same completely or they are the same except the bolt patterns are different?
