hey guys. i have a leaf sprung swb sierra with 2inch lift & enforcer shocks. the problem is it is quite stiff & does not flex very well. my std suspension was better. great onroad not great offroad. front spring packs have 6 leafs & rear have 5 leafs. to me that seems to many. can leafs be taken out & retain ride height and better flex or is there any other solutions ? they were bought approx 3 years ago as part of a kit. any feedback would be great.
regards andrew.

Yes they sound like they have too many leafs to me, what brand are they, or the kit?
Do you have longer shocks? Brakelines? What shackles and bushings?
If your standard suspension rode better, then something is amiss.

I'd take out one leaf from each pack and see how it rides. The longer ones in the middle of the pack first. If it's still too stiff, take out another leaf. If the rear has a big thick overload leaf, ditch it. You could try the first leaf under the main leaf.
I am running OME rear packs all round, four leafs per pack. It is a good compromise. Without seeing your set up it's hard to give advice.

take the load leaf (smallest) out of each front and the two smallest out of each rear packs. also removing the sway bar from the front will allow the front to flex better
