Fitting a Lockrite set up

Yes guys I have down the search.
A mate has stripped the spider gears in his HJ75 troopy rear diff.
He has got on the phone and ordered a lightrite set up to go into the diff and has asked me to do the rebuild.
Has anybody fitted a lockrite unit themselves?
He has damaged the spider gear carrier, does the lockrite unit fit into the old carrier or does it come with a new carrier?
From the few pics I can find it looks like it just fits in where the spider gears used to be.
Can somebody confirm what comes in the kit.

one type re-uses the original side gears.
the other replaces the side gears.
you don't get a carrier, just the lockrite bits.
this may have changed tho?

He will not be using the side gears in this diff again and the carrier is damaged also.
I will let him know the bad news tommorow.

Thats only suzuki.
Hel'l get couplers that repalce the side gears. Not a carrier.
Fittings pretty simple- but if the diffs damaged and your swapping carriers it'll all have to be set up again.

This is a 87 75 series troopy that has blown the diff, is there any other models of cruisers that have the same carrier?
IE it would be great if a 47 or 45 series carrier was the same.

the 40 series carier will fit with a bearing change . i have fitted locrites be for how much damage is to much u will have to c there is some room around the locrite

Lockrite is now fitted up in the carrier, not that hard to do we just had to do some adjustments to the thrust washers to get the clearences correct for the lockrite.
We have been supplied the wrong bearings for the crown wheel assy so we have to wait to get the correct ones on Monday.
