Im running 4 in the front of my SD33T SWB. its nice, but i think too soft. Before it had 7 or 8 up front which i couldnt get to move if i swung off the front like a monkey. I guess it all depends on how good your springs are.
Cheers

I run 4 leaves up front, all shorter leaves removed and one above the main load leaf and fert the main load leaf there. I did the same to the rear, but had it down to 3 leaves. But that was to much so it was back to 4. Now i have one extra in the driverside due to sag, so its 4 pasenger side and 5 drivers side. It works well too.

mate runs 3 leaves each end in his shorty
flexes like a coily
it sagged a little in the first week or 2 but hasnt moved since and still has suprisingly good road manners for lifted with 35's and no sway bar

I pulled 2 out of front and 3 out of the rear, flexed nice, but bent the rear ones first time! Now put all the leaves back in rear (7 passenger side, 8 driver side) and sort of fixed. 3 leaf parabolics work best

If u can get em...
