just pull out one shock bush take it to a pedders store and they will match it up for you
shoch bushes are very universal in ther sizes they will be able to match it up a lot cheeper ther buying them from an ome dealer

Failing that the ones on your old shocks are PROBABLY identical too if you still have them. That should be easy enough to measure.
If you want to be 100% sure and still be able to drive your rig then temporarily use the old one on the OME shock.
if the're 5mm less diameter it's not gonna make any difference for 20 min driving to the shop and back.

Crawl under your truck, undo the shocks (will take all of 5 mins for all 4 bolts) put them on a bit of paper, get a pencil and trace them and measure them like that... as for cost, probably not much.

How hard is it to remove 2 shocks to measure it?

1) get in car and drive to pedders or arb
2) jump out with socket set and undo one of the shock mounting bolts, remove the rubbers and take inside.
3) get the bloke at the counter to supply you with 8 that match (they are the same top and bottom)
4) go back outside, put the old ones back in.
5) drive home
6) get back under truck and replace them all, if they are poly bushes use plenty of normal bearing grease to lube them up before replacing them all.
Should take you 1/2hr, or 1 hr if u include beers.

Dude if you cant undo a shock in 2 minutes and measure a bush (allowing for the case that you might not have arms)you should pay someone to do the job for you as it's not safe for you to do!!!!

yer mate most of the others have got it in the bag with wat there saying some just alittle bit to harsh
most places will stock a kit for the shocks for you car (kit made up of the bushes)
most places should have a choice of rubber or polyurethane (spelling? but some may only have pylurethane)
and replacing them isnt to hard to do its pretty basic
undo the shock and remove old bushes then put new bushes in place and re fit the shock to the car
if you are unsure of the correct way of doing it im sure where ever you buy a kit from could give you some advice on the right or wrong way to do it but pretty hard to go wrong
cheers

if u have any more drama's regarding this shoot me a pm more than happy to help
