!!!WARNING!!!THIS TOPIC DONT INCLUDE ANY BLINGBLING PARTS!!!
Original hood
Exhaust off
SD33 exhaust and SD33T exhaust
WONT FIT!FAWK IT!
Well,lets figure something else...
Homemade wastegate with 42mm Volvos intake valve
Hollset 3LD (52/63)
Without intercooler for a while...
This Hollset maked about 20 kilometres and it was finished, dunno what wrecked it,maybe it was just piece of junk all the time...
Well, whatta hell...Lets put new turbo, this time its Schwitser...
Now it runs MUCH better than week ago without turbo.
Boost is only 0.5 bar for now one, until I get somewhere a intercooler and before I make Dump valve.
Lets get back to bisnes then.

Works fine, biggest hole as possible to get there, exept if you do it straight to oil pan.

thanks for info..turbo oil return done same as i have seen.just wondered if you had used different way..
i see turbo exhaust hits n/a inlet manifold so will not fit flush to head..i have turbo inlet manifold,so that will be ok..
oh mz pump is boshe kiki inline vacum controled pump.(using throttle assembly) the same as my friend used..HE found no need to alter pump fueling as it is automatic, and boost made the pump alter fueling on its own..did you find this??

Turbo is S2 A or B,not sure...Works damn fine, today we installed homemade Dump Valve with ertasetan piston,WORKS DAMN FINE!
And btw,boost pressure is 0.7 bar,not 0.5 bar like I earlier told,there were some pressure waist,what I repaired today.

got some more today..1/8 british tapered..
cleaned up my lovely manifolds just recieved from mr turboleif..
sorting out the turbo now,new one i had has different manifold flange, but have others, bit of mix and match tonight, build one out of 3..(using new one as base..)
gonna go t3 with .48 ,adjustable wastegate..so tomorrow will have to go dump valve hunting..original bov looks to much hassle to convert to adjustable..
gonna need a longer throttle cable to.(moving throttle assembly on to its side so it clears bonnet better, engine fitted in range rover.)
exhaust looks easy, already made up elbow elinator for nice 3inch tubes..maybe no muffler, we will see how LOUD it is??
cant wait..

Gotta take tomorrow few pictures of dump valve,I´m remembering it had about 45mm piston.

dont you find the turbo is too big??when are you getting usable boost??
gonna use a smaller one here.(mainly because that is what i have) just hope it will be ok at 3000+rpm..(cant find map for it,so gonna have to try it and see....0.48/0.48 garret gt2052, off 2.5l derv, could be too small though)
